Top 10 Celebration

Believe it or not an entire decade has come and gone since I first laid eyes on our sweet Jentry bug.

We celebrated all week long.

The festivities began with her very first salon experience. She enjoyed a wash and a fresh cut to her wig. Carli did a fabulous job of making Jentry feel extra special. She even showed her a new trick to tie her bangs back in the cutest little braid.

Next we picked up five of her classmates for a little fun at the pool and a sleepover. Unfortunately, they only swam for 15 minutes before the pool had to close due to poo. Yikes!

Lincoln, Jentry, Ella, Kyla, Addison and Mia

But...that didn't stop them from partying on.

Then, Friday was the first day of the annual Dugout Days Festival in Sutton so we celebrated in the park with the String Beans concert and a tractor pull.

Saturday was her actual birthday. The all day events began with the bike rodeo. Mason did awesome and impressed everyone with his biking skills.

The Hamilton's came to help Jentry celebrate and take in some of the festivities.

Bounce houses and more presents.

A heavy rain storm rolled through and cancelled the parade but 45 mins later the sun was shining again we were all able to take in the awesome new carnival.

When your mom works for the Chamber and the owner of the carnival finds out it is your birthday, you get to pick out any prize you want. And when you are four you tell the carnival owner that your birthday is March 29th, he is so impressed that he lets you pick one too.

Walking back to the car Jentry said to me, "Best birthday ever!"

It was definitely a top 10 celebration.
