I wish that every day was Saturday and every month was October.
This handsome fella's 38th Birthday happened to fall on a Wednesday and if you're from around these parts you know the only place to be on a Wednesday night is Gary's Bar & Grill in Grafton!
Wings, drinks and pink cupcakes! What more could a man want?
5 other fabulous couples/friends took the time to join us and man did we take advantage of the parents night out!
My wish is for you to know just how special you are to so many.

Pro: The big kids had a four day weekend!
Con: Jentry had a 7 AM flight out of OMA.
Pro: We got to eat out and stay in a hotel.
Con: Mason and I too had to get up early, drop Jentry off at the airport, and kill time until the city came to life.
Pro: Mason and I had the most special day at the Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium
This day was perfect in every way. A Friday in October, minimal crowds, no lines, overcast but warm. No siblings to distract my attention from this handsome, energetic, 7-year-old boy.
He wanted to see it all and see it all we did! Over six miles of stops at every potential attraction. By the end of the day we were wiped, but it was a day we will never forget.
