Bose Christmas

Despite the big winter storm, crazy wind, and negative temps we were able to travel to Orleans as planned on December 22nd.

We enjoyed 4 fabulous days filled with family, tradition, Christmas activities and celebration for Jesus.

Kelly organized a tree painting activity that everyone enjoyed. I was amazed at how many different types of trees were created.

A few long games of Monopoly were played.

Papa's sacrificial wood bowl was a smoking success.

Grandma taught the boys how to be a messy cook.

The family Christmas concert showcased much talent and brought many laughs too.

New, Christmas Eve pajamas!

Papa introduced our fruit loving Tucker to grapefruit and of course had to teach him the "right" way to eat one.

Christmas Day and too many presents!

Paintbrush Cookies

Christmas cracker tradition.

McKenzie Christmas

On December 21st we celebrated Christmas with Papa and Onnie at their home.

We started with the huge stockings which are always a hit.

Nathan thinks he is going to win big with his scratch ticket from Santa. Little did he know I would be the only real winner of the scratch tickets this year!

Chicken and dumpling soup for dinner and then on to the big presents

Chocolate fondue for dessert!

The big winter storm moved in as the evening was coming to an end. We blew home to Sutton in the wintery whirl grateful we didn't have far to travel.
