This year may have been the best Dugout Days yet. Simply because the weather was absolutely perfect.

  

So much more fun happened, however this mama was too busy to capture the moments with pictures. Maybe next year!

Cock-A-Doodles

A few weeks ago, Mason and I spent the weekend in Orleans at the Hamilton chicken farm. It was butchering weekend and Mason got his first lesson in where chicken strips really come from.

  

He loved every step of the process! Me, well I was completely happy to make lunch and run things back and forth from the house.

Happy Campers

The 1st Annual Bose Family Camping Trip is in the books! It was a bit hot and of course windy the entire three days, but we remained happy campers.

Not to sound dainty, however this momma may need a year to recoup before agreeing to sleep in a tent with three other people again. Needless to say the 2nd Annual Bose family camping trip is unconfirmed at this time.
