In this family, we like to spread out the festivities over several days. I personally have zero shame about this arrangement. The way I see it, we should be celebrating Christmas all year round! Jesus should be celebrated everyday. We should be giving, loving and forgiving no mater what day of the year. We should sing "Joy to the World" even on a drab Monday in January!
Celebration #1 - December 24th - Sutton
Tucker was my kitchen helper as I prepared a tasty pot roast for Christmas Eve dinner. Mason and I then attended the candlelight service at church. It was such a special night!
Celebration #2 - December 25th - Our home in Sutton
Mason and Tucker got to open their gift and stocking stuffers from Santa.
Nathan made omelets for a special Christmas morning breakfast.
Mason had fun with testing out his new remote control boat from Santa.
A little Facetime fun with Sissy!
Celebration #3 - December 26th - Papa & Onnie's
Celebration #5 - December 27th - 30th - Orleans
Mason was fascinated with the German Rauchermannchen (Little Smoking Man)
Elf Kelly - Isn't she cute!
To celebrate Grandma's countless hours of sewing tiny sequins on felt stockings, we had a mini photo booth with our special stockings by the Christmas tree.
Tucker spent the majority of his vacation playing with Grandma's vacuum. Shocking, I know.
Christmas Crackers!
Christmas Crafts
That may be the end of the official Christmas celebrations, however I am going to roll the party right into 2020!
"I will honor Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year." ~ Charles Dickens
