Birthday Celebrations

Jentry is one lucky little girl. Her June 30th birthday celebration usually rolls into the July 4th USA birthday celebration and we end up celebrating all week long.

Just as she wished, her birthday began with balloons and a special breakfast with her family in Columbus. After lunch we picked her up and the four of us went to Despicable Me 3 at the Rivoli Theater in Hastings. Then we met Papa and Onnie for a scrumptious birthday dinner at Hunan's. After supper we stopped back at the Mack farm to check out Onnie's new pool/yard shed. It was adorable and even included a super fun loft for the kiddos to play on.

Next, Jentry got to open her gift from Papa and Onnie.

"A chandelier! Just what I wanted!"

The very next morning we headed out to meet Papa and Grandma Bose and the Hamilton's for a day at Pioneer Village. So much fun was had a separate blog post was necessary.

On July 3rd, we celebrated Jentry yet again at the Hamilton House. The party began with a water balloon fight.

By the end all four children were crying and I was crying laughing. Good times had by all.

A yummy supper of ham loaf, sweetcorn and fruit cups was enjoyed by all. Menu per the request of the birthday girl, of course.

After supper Jentry opened a few more special gifts and then we sang and enjoyed the tasty ice cream cake made with love by Aunt Kelly.
She is just sooooo sweet.

Isaac's gift was a special video slideshow of Jentry photos. We were all totally impressed.

Next up, fireworks and a never ending supply of sparklers.

It was an absolutely gorgeous night and Nathan and Chad put on a spectacular fireworks display to end the party with a bang.

On July 4th, Papa, Nathan, Isaac and Mason drove the Jeep through the parade in Alma.

After one last meal together we headed back east. The flags flying high around the Orleans cemetery was breathtaking.

We made a stop at the farm to enjoy a quick dip in Onnie's pool before finally making it home to Sutton.

Papa and Onnie joined us for some fried chicken from KFC and then we enjoyed the local fireworks display from the comfort of our pjs in the back ally.  Perfection!

Happy 9th Birthday to my sweet Jentry girl. May you have many more.
