Nash

This group of moms took on Nashville in mid January and let's just say the cooler weather did not hinder a smokin' hot time.

Lindsay's sister Annie and her family were fabulous hostesses and had the best agenda planned. We got pedicures, ate at M.L.Rose, sat in the hot tub, shopped on 12 South, toured Triple Tigers Records, drank cocktails at the rooftop Bourbon Steakhouse, danced at a few honky-tonks, toured the Country Music Hall of Fame, took in the songwriter show at the Listening Room Cafe and attended mass at Christ the King.

We giggled, laughed, cried, danced, shared, prayed and ate a little too well.

Thank God for girlfriends and country music!

Scooters from Santa

The boys woke Christmas morning to find two, huge presents by the fireplace. They were just certain the boxes must be the electric scooters they had requested.

And they were right!

It did not take them long to get the scooters put together and start zooming them down the street.

Jentry was in Arizona on Christmas morning but Santa gifted her the cozy Comfort blanket that she wanted.

She hopped an early morning flight back to Grand Island on the 26th and we were all together again. What a blessed Christmas gift!

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve, Papa and Onnie came in for some special appetizers, stockings and of course a few presents.

We then attended Christmas Eve service at church and drove home in the fog. It was a magical evening.
