Christmas Eve

We arrived back in Sutton on Christmas Eve. Papa and Onnie came in and we had a lovely evening of appetizers, stockings and gifts.

We are thankful for the gifts under the tree but more so the people around it.

Pre-Christmas Christmas

December 20th - We packed up the burb and rolled out of town the minute the school bell rang.  We could not wait to start the Christmas vacation celebration with four nights in Orleans.

The weather was perfect for a stroll through town and we stopped for some photo opps with the holiday cutouts.

We got to take in an afternoon of basketball at Southern Valley.  Anna's JV team lost, however she had a great game with a smooth 3 pointer. Isaac's varsity team won in overtime after a hard fought battle which left him with a rolled ankle. I also got to reminisce about the good ole SVHS days with my besties, Lindsay and Ashley.

Thanks to my mother, no one went hungry.  We enjoyed a feast daily!

Christmas cracker time!

Finally it was time for stockings and presents.

Kelly brought a tablecloth that we could all color. By the end of the celebration it was a masterpiece!

It was a fabulous start to the magical time of year! We are so fortunate to have our health and each other.

Christmas Spirit

December is always busy but it is filled with so many festive activities that put you right in the Christmas spirit.
