Curls for the Girls

Mason finally succumbed to the perm trend of 2024.

He loves it and said all the girls in his class do too. ;)

Texas Legend

This year I was honored by U.S. Bank with their Legends of Possible award.  To celebrate the award recipients, the bank gifted us with a 3 night stay at the Omni PGA resort in Frisco, Texas.  I was blown away with all the activities, events and gifts they had planned for us.  It was a fabulous getaway of pure rest, relaxation and reflection on all the work accomplished in 2023. I am humbled and honored to have received such an award.

The first evening we got to pick out and customize our very own felt hats!

Nathan enjoyed a round of golf on their beautiful course and made some new friends.

I spent a fabulous morning at the Mokara spa and then lounged by the pool.

The second night we traveled off the resort to a rural venue where they had set up a mini state fair just for us. Legendfest had a Showdeo, games and rides, a dog stunt show, an acoustic set in the neon garden, live music on the main stage by Natalie & the Nite Owls, rhinestone cowgirls in the Saloon and all the fair food and drink you could possibly desire.

The last night we enjoyed dressing up for a formal dinner with live entertainment from Michael Cavanaugh. The show was outstanding!
