Camp Joy

Mason attended Camp Joy for his 3rd summer and had a blast. Nathan drove him a day early so they had some guy time at the cabin. Mason installed a new light in the loft with just a little help from dad.

After a long day of anticipation, he was finally able to check-in and pick out a bunk.

After 3 nights at camp, Papa Bose picked him up and then Mason got an extra day of cousin time with the Simpsons and being bat boy at Anna's softball game.

Clark's Pond

Our summer sitter, Kaly, took Tucker fishing at Clark's pond and he came home with a tiny painted turtle! He went back the next week and found another one for Mason. Now both boys have their very own pet turtles.  So far we have manage to keep them alive in a tote of water. Tucker also wanted to take the fish home but Kaly thankfully said no.

Father's Day Fishing

This year Papa John wanted to go fishing for Father's Day.  We didn't get him out on the lake but we did luck out with some good weather in the cove. 

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating all the wonderful fathers in our lives.

I am so very grateful for time with these amazing friends of mine.

Memorial Weekend

While Jentry spent time in Arizona with the Stengers, the rest of us enjoyed 3 fantastic days at the lake. The weather was better than anticipated and we got to break in the new Solo Stove.
