Last Days of Summer

Soaking up the last days of summer vacation....

Grandma Bose came and took each boy for their own special day.

Tucker chose the Hastings Museum, McDonalds and a movie, Harold and the Purple Crayon.

Mason chose the Lincoln Children's' Museum, Subway and Round One Arcade.

Mason then went on to Tekamah with Grandma for a funeral while Tucker and I took Jentry and friends to the Lake.

I tried to keep Tucker occupied so that the girls could have some alone time.

Papa proudly showed us his progress on the Diamond T Truck project.  He had fun showing us the massive wire puzzle he had to solve.

Tucker spent one night at the Hamiltons' and got to go rabbit hunting with Uncle Chad.

The cool temps were a reminder that Fall is just around the corner!

Eternal Summer

Man did this summer whiz by!

The last weekend in July we enjoyed the wind, caught some fish, took in a bit of the Harlan County Fair and even got to float down the Republican with the Hamiltons.

Meanwhile, in a little place called Burwell, Jentry was enjoying a surprise visit from her Arizona family and cousin Dani!

A grateful heart brings light, warmth and hope that never ends. May yours be filled with an eternal summer!
